What is your processing time?
Currently, our processing time is set to 5-7 business days. Depending on the time of year, such as busy holidays like Christmas, we may need an extra couple of days.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship our bookmarks worldwide! Please make sure to provide your full and correct address, as we are not responsible for reshipping costs should the package be returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address.
What is your shipping/delivery time frame?
All our packages are shipped from France. Shipping times will therefore depend on your location. Delivery time frame can go from a few days to maximum of two weeks for international orders.
Additionally, In order to ensure that our shipping costs remain affordable, we offer both non-tracked or tracked shipping worldwide.
What happens if my package is delayed?
In the rare but possible event that your package is delayed, it is unfortunately out of our hands from the moment we hand over your package to the shipping carrier. Refunds for delayed packages are not accepted. If the tracked shipping option has been chosen, we can only go by the time frame provided to us.
Do you accept returns?
As a small business with bookmarks that are made to order, we are simply unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
However, in the case of any items that arrived damaged (by fault of shipping only), we will replace the items with the exact same one. To be eligible for replacement, you must provide proof of damage via our contact section or our Instagram page and return the damaged item to us.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, we do! Our bookmarks can already be found in quite a few boutiques across Europe and we are always welcoming more. Please contact us via the Contact section on our page for more information.
